You may roll with advantage on any CHA check against any intelligent creature as an attempt to sway it into being an ally. This overwrites any disadvantage to CHA checks previously associated to any creature.
Successful checks against neutral creatures will result in their conditional willingness to assist you or hear you out.
Successful checks against enemy creatures OR failed checks against neutral creatures will result in their assistance ONLY if a need of theirs is met first, or promised with tangible proof of intention to fulfill it.
Failed checks against enemy enemy creatures result in their complete unwillingness to help you.
