Fisherman

You are a proficient fisherman. 

• You are proficient in the Stealth skill and either the Survival or Nature skill.
• You can’t catch fish if you can’t find them, and often the surface of the water is a dead give-away as to where fish might be hiding. Ripples, color changes, standing rips, and visible structure are all top items to look for.  Make a Nature (Intelligence) or Survival (Wisdom) check at advantage to identify viable fishing spots.
• You are proficient with various types of rods/reels and assorted tools of the fishing trade.  You are proficient with various netting techniques for larger scale lake and sea fishing.

You have extensive practice with the trident, spear and net, you gain the following benefits:

• You are proficient with the Trident, Spear and Net.  These weapons include the Finesse property for you.
• Being within 5 feet of a hostile creature doesn’t impose disadvantage on your ranged attack rolls for the Net.
• When wielding a Net in combination with any single-handed melee weapon, you can use the Net as a normal attack action then a followup bonus action melee weapon attack.  The action sequence can be applied in reverse; use the weapon in the attack action followed up by a bonus action Net attack.  In combination with a net attack, you may only make one melee weapon attack regardless of any extra attack feature.
