Cloaked Combatant

Whether you are a dashing showman or a sly trickster, you have learned how to use your fashion as a weapon in battle.

• Increase your Dexterity or Wisdom score by 1, to a maximum of 20.
• When you are wielding a finesse weapon in one hand with which you are proficient and a cloak (or similar garment) in another, if another creature hits you with a melee attack, you can use your reaction to add your proficiency bonus to your AC for that attack, potentially causing the attack to miss you.
• When you hit a creature with a melee weapon attack, you can use a bonus action to try to distract a creature within 5 feet of your cloak, add your proficiency bonus to the damage roll, creatures that don't rely on sight are immune to this effect.
