You can take the form of another creature of the same type and size as your actual form. The change, unlike disguise self, holds up to any physical inspection, and can continue to work up until your next long rest. You lose any physical abilities given to you by your original form whilst shapeshifted e.g. Minotaur's Ram. You keep all equipment on you and retain your spellcasting abilities if you can still speak, do gestures, or do whatever else is required for the spell. You keep your normal hit points and revert back to your original form if killed.
