You have been blessed by Death’s Lullaby. The painful hunger you knew will be gone forevermore - and you will have the strength to never starve again.
Death’s Lullaby was a beast of feather and terror, and ultimately most resembling of a whippoorwill bird, if it were to resemble anything natural. The whippoorwill birds, these spies from the shadows, will follow you; helping and haunting you, staying with you. They will help you survive, and as you hunt, you will gain an ungodly proficiency in it.

You can use this feature a number of times equal to your proficiency bonus. You can use your action and expend one use of this feature to focus your awareness on the region around you. For 1 minute per player character level you have, you can sense whether any number of creatures you have seen within the past 48 hours are present within 5 miles of you (or within up to 10 miles if you are in your favored terrain). You receive a vision in your mind’s eye of their appearance, and what sort of weapon they are holding. You also are able to gain a general sense of whether or not they are weaker or stronger than you, in terms of general lethality. In addition, you are able to tell their location, which direction they are moving, if they have stopped, and their creature type (Abberation, Beast, Humanoid, Celestial, etc.). Because you receive this vision, the target has disadvantage on stealth checks made against you for the duration.

In addition, you deal a bonus 1d6 damage with your attacks to any creature located by Hunting Senses that is under the effects of Hunter’s Mark or Favored Foe.
