When you are hit by 30 or more damage, you may spit blood from your mouth. In addition, you may speak an unlimited amount on your turn (does not help with casting spells) as you monologue or think with unnatural speed. Lastly, you have advantage on charisma checks when monologuing, speaking about friendship, or defeating an enemy. If you point dramatically at an opponent, they have a -1 to checks to resist your verbal statements. If you verbally insult your opponent, you may cast vicious mockery on them (still requires an action to do).
