
Those who may be unlucky enough to bear this mark are cursed to eternal change. a cruel fate that is yet to be decided for the forsaken. If you have the eye upon your forehead, then you will be able to speak with those who suffer the same fate. Several happenings can take place. A d100 ([roll][/roll]) shall decide your fate. Every month, another effect is placed and the curse begins anew.
1 - The eye glows and shines up to 25ft and pierces through magical darkness
2 - One random common magical item appears in your hands (Item chosen by DM)
3 - You lose one level of your starting class (If you are level 1, you die with no saving throw)
4 - A talisman bearing a symbol depicting a basilisk appears in your hands
5 - A fireball fires from the eye
6 - Your body goes numb for 2 hours
7 - A miniature of the nearest ruler appears in your hand
8 - Any sword or other sharp object that you possess turns dull and damage dice go down a level (EX: d6 -> d4 or d12 -> d10 etc)
9 - A scent emits from you that attracts beasts of all kinds
10 - A silver vehicle with heavy machinery built into it, crashes through the nearest wall or drifts out from a flash of light. The vehicle holds a sheepdog with a collar that says "Einstein" and very advanced technology
11 - 15 gallons of oil is dumped on top of you
12 - All fires within a 100ft radius, are snuffed
13 - Your skin turns inside-out
14 - You gain a VERY fashionable Texas baseball cap
15 - You immediately succeed your next dice roll or get the maximum/best result
16 - You gain one cast of Bigby's Hand
17 - A goblin chef appears in front of you and will cook you one meal and then disappear
18 - The nearest city will have a huge protest that will fizzle out in 3 days
19 - You and only you will hear the sound of a tea kettle blowing getting louder and louder mostly blotting outside sounds
20 - A bone dice set appears in your hands
21 - You suffer the effects of the weird spell
22 - An odd looking coin is flipped into your hands
23 - You instantly fail your next saving throw or get the worst outcome
24 - You can only speak and understand Draconic for the next 5 hours
25 - A dead person is revived from their grave
26 - A silver globe appears on the ground
27 - All crabs within a 100ft radius will start dancing
28 - The ground below you within a 5ft radius turns to marble
29 - A gigantic hand appears in the sky for all to see and will follow your orders however it cannot interact with things physically
30 - Your size increases for the rest of the day (EX: small to medium, huge to gargantuan etc)
31 - A small pastry appears in the hands of the person you hate the most
32 - All metals within a 25ft radius, that aren't swords or armors, turn into gold
33 - You gain 1 level in wizard (If you are level 20, one of your levels is replaced)
34 - A chair appears behind you and if you decide to sit in the chair, you are transported to the fire plains but can be transported back if you sit in the chair again
35 - You age 5 years
36 - A familiar is summoned but you are now incapacitated
37 - A Berserker Axe will fall from the sky onto the nearest person
38 - 5 Ankheg's encircle you that all (somehow) know how to cast fireball
39 - A heavy mist rolls in and a random CR2 monster is summoned
40 - Magical darkness envelopes your head and you are now unable to see
41 - A beholder found your works and wishes to hire you for his domain
42 - A dungeon is secretly and instantly built beneath your feet and so is a trapdoor to said dungeon
43 - The Mimic God (Who is just a huge house with mimic stuff inside but don't worry he's friendly) appears in the nearest capitol city
44 - A spirit possesses your main weapon of choice and you must convince it to not fly off with your weapon (DC14 persuasion [CHA])
45 - A black goo pools out of the eye that eventually turns into a Black Pudding
46 - Ice shoots up from the ground making an arena of sorts in a 20ft x 20ft square and 5 ice devils are summoned inside of the arena
47 - The nearest object that is not be worn or is equipped springs to life not as a mimic but from supernatural powers
48 - A bundle of 20 explosive arrows falls to the floor
49 - The Texas flag is planted into the ground
50 - All of your stats are reduced to 1 for a week
51 - The most annoying creature ever (Also known as Ben Moss) is summoned in and immediately destroyed with a fireball from the sky
52 - 3 dinosaurs of the DM's choosing are summoned
53 - You and 2 other characters of your choosing are granted a ring of the DM's choosing
54 - A Dagger of Venom with no charges appears in your hands
55 - The most annoying person at the table is booted off for 1 session (If there is only one player, nothing happens)
56 - A Shortsword + 1 with no blade appears in the hands of the most annoying player at the table
57 - Bigby the wizard appears to shed his wisdom and then disappears
58 - A combustive gas is dispersed from the eye
59 - You are now magnetic and any metal object within 5ft of you will get pulled towards you
60 - You and 2 other characters of your choosing are invisible for an hour
61 - You are now considered a celestial
62 - You are now considered a fiend
63 - All trees and shrubs within a 30ft radius turn into living trees and living shrubs respectively
64 - A high pitched screech is emitted from the eye and all glass within a 50ft radius is shattered and all players must make a DC16 CON saving throw or fall prone
65 - A small plushy beholder appears in your hands
66 - An unknown piece of technology appears in your hands
67 - A small wooden boat with oars falls from the sky
68 - A large and heavy book appears in your hands and it seems to be a bestiary of every abberation
69 - A curse is placed upon you and from your left fingers, you will slowly turn to a brass statue
70 - A goblet made of nickel with a poison inside appears in your hands
71 - A pair of winter boots appear on the ground
72 - A dragon pendant appears around your neck
73 - All liquids within a 5ft radius of you instantly evaporate for 2 hours
74 - Your hair grays permanently
75 - You are cloned but the clone has intentions exactly opposite of yours
76 - A metal box envelopes your character and anybody within 10ft of you
77 - 5 gemstones worth ~1500 GP each appear in your hands
78 - A skull with diamonds in its eyes appears in front of you (If you try to pry the gems out, you will quickly find out that this is a demi-lich)
79 - 30 sq.ft of cloth appears above you
80 - A beaten and burnt helmet appears in your hands
81 - A figure of a chromatic dragon appears in your hands
82 - A mastiff (large size) is summoned that is loyal to you
83 - Every creature that can see you must make a DC14 wisdom saving throw or be frightened
(To them, you appear as their worst fear)
84 - Your size goes down by one level for 5 hours (medium to small, large to medium etc)
85 - You are now wanted with a 500 GP reward on your head
86 - You suffer the effects of misty step
87 - All forms of riches you own are gone
88 - A basilisk erupts from the ground and petrifies you
89 - Your main weapon of choice is turned into a mimic and it is hungry
90 - A chunk of a meteorite lands in front of you
91 - All of your spell slots are expended until regained
92 - All of your spells are replaced by fireball (the fireball does scale but if you try to cast it as a spell under third level, smoke and embers will fire from your hands)
93 - An ecology book on all of the plants in the region appears in your hands
94 - Mimic appears but you don’t know what it took the form of
95 - A bundle of 5 javelins fall to the ground
96 - You gain a level in paladin (If you are level 20, one of your levels will be replaced)
97 - An eye of a beholder falls from the sky
98 - Deva is summoned on your plain of existence
99 - A sandwich of your choosing appears in your hand
100 - Any person of your choosing will get the Abberant Chance Seal
