Prerequisite: Improved Spell Reserve; Ability to cast 1st, 2nd, and 3rd level spells.
You have learned to push your spell reserve far beyond the limits of other spell casters. When you use your action to cast a spell you may cast any spell at 3rd level or below with a casting time of 1 action as a bonus action. When this spell is cast it does not expend a spell slot.
