Iron will

Whenever you make a CON save, you get an Automatic Success and take psychic damage instead.

The number of psychic damage you take is equal to your character level minus 2(at least 1). And if the damage applied by this feat will reduce your hit point to 0, you can drop to 1 hit point instead.
