After many years of battling fierce opponents, you have gotten so used to being healed that you (sort of) heal when fighting.
This feat can be obtained on any class and can be chosen at level 5. The feat is only in play when you have rolled a 20 (critical hit). How much is healed is dependant on your level. If you're level 5, you gain 2d4 back. At level 10, this is increased to 2d6. At level 13, it is then increased to 2d8. It caps off at level 18, in which it heals 2d10.
After all, 'tis but a flesh wound.
