As a rising member of the Emerald Enclave you have been inducted in the Circle of Air; a group of druid's within the organization that dedicates themselves to protecting their brethren by sacrificing spell casting abilities to enhance their wild shape abilities.
Every 2 levels, starting at the level the hero takes the feat, they can permanently sacrifice a spell level to gain access to a more powerful wild shape option chosen from the beast and magical beast types. The spell level sacrificed is equal to the CR of the wild shape.
For example:
A 5th level druid with the Emerald Enclave (Circle of Air) feat can sacrifice a 3rd level spell slot permanently to gain the option of wild shaping into a CR3 magical beast like an owlbear.
