As a devoted follower of your chosen deity, the simple act of praying fills your heart with warmth and steels you for the multitude of challenges to come.
Once per day, after you spend between 5 and 10 minutes praying to your chosen deity, you gain 1 die of Divine Inspiration that you can add to any Ability Check, Saving Throw, or Attack roll. At first level, the Divine Inspiration die is 1d4. This becomes 1d6 at 5th level, 1d8 at 10th level, and 1d10 at 15th level. These die do not stack, and any unused Divine Inspiration is lost at the next Long Rest.
