On a success, the whip secures itself to the target. The whip can safely support 1½ times your weight allowing you to swing or climb with the bullwhip. Climbing the whip usually requires a DC 10
Strength (Athletics) check. For every 25 Ibs. you exceed the whip's support weight, the DC increases by 2.
