You have gained the Blessing of the Tempest. This blessing is bestowed by the Voice of the Tempest as a boon earned for completing Zephrah's Aramente challenge. You gain the ability to cast Levitate at will. You also learn the spell Lightning Bolt which you can cast at 3rd level once per long rest without using a spell slot. You may use your own spell slots of appropriate level to cast Lightning Bolt and upcast as normal. The limited usage of Lightning Bolt is also replenished when you take 24 or more lightning damage from a single source within one round. This form of replenishment lasts until the end of your next turn, as the lightning energy discharges.
