The state of death is something you will not accept, not without giving it your all until your very last breath. Even after you get brought to your knees, you find it easier to pull yourself back from the brink of the abyss.
- Once you are dropped to 0HP, you can choose to push through it, to last a little longer in battle and remain on your feet until the end of your following turn. On this turn, you gain advantage on all attack rolls, and crit on a 19 or a 20. Once you use this ability, you cannot use it again until you have completed a long rest. Between the point you were brought to 0HP and the end of your following turn, you will still roll Death Saves if you take further damage. In the event you fail 3 Death Saves before you finish your turn, you can still move at half speed and take either an action or a bonus action before succumbing to death; but you will be unable to heal yourself during this time, after all death is still final.
- Once you do go down you will roll Death Saves as usual, but on a Nat 18 you stabilize but remain unconscious until someone heals you or until 1 hour has passed with no further injury. Additionally on Nat 19-20 on your Death Saves you will regain consciousness at be returned to 1HP.
