Prerequisite: “Requires Less than 12 wisdom score, requires Lucky feat”

Everywhere you go, misfortune follows.
And yet you remain unaffected

Requires Lucky Feat, and that you replace the Lucky feat with this. You may not have a total wisdom of more than 12

Roll for your luck how you would normally roll for a stat ( eg 3d6 ) This stat may not be modified.  Triple  the modifier for your luck points. If your modifier is a negative you receive 3 luck points.

You bring misfortune everywhere and even subconsciously use your luck to change that of others. Every time a creature performs a successful check or action of any kind in your vicinity and you are aware of it and have a at least 1 luck point left, you must make a dc 17 wisdom saving throw or spend a luck point to make them reroll which may cause them to fail. Repeat once more per luck modifier until the target either fails, you make a successful wisdom check or you run out of luck.
You may draw on your luck to aide yourself and those around you.Every time you or a creature performs a check or action of any kind in your vicinity and you are aware of it, you may spend a luck point to either: give them advantage, give them disadvantage, or let them reroll if they fail. Alternatively you may increase the outcome by 1 per luck point

If that roll is made by the DM he may choose to not reveal the result.

Whenever you take a short rest you roll 3d6 to regain luck. If you roll higher than your Luck score you regain luck equal to the lowest roll. If you roll the same as you luck stat you recover full luck points. Whenever you take a long rest you roll 1d6. If you roll a 1 or 6 you only recover up to half of your luck, otherwise you recover full luck
