You have contracted lycanthropy from a bite wound given by one of the cursed. While you suffer from the curse you can use an action to transform into the animal you bear the curse of or the hybrid form or back into your normal form once per long rest. If you ever bite another humanoid they must make a Constitution saving throw with a DC equal to 8 + your proficiency bonus + your Constitution modifier or also become cursed. Regardless of the origins of the curse your transformation lasts for an hour, or all night under a full moon. While in your hybrid form you have resistance to bludgeoning, piercing, and slashing from nonmagical attacks that aren't silvered and regain hit points equal to one Hit Die + your Constitution modifier at the start of your turn. You revert to your true form if you die. You also gain additional features based on the creature that bit you.
