Haunted in the Dreams

Since your childhood, your dreams have been haunted by a certain creature that tries to scare you, break your will, and persuade you to do dangerous things.
At first it spoke to you in an incomprehensible language, but over the years you were able to make sense of its harsh words.
The disturbed nights make it difficult for you to regenerate, although this gets better with the years and the increasing experience.
Since the earliest days of your youth, however, you have been haunted by the question, what if you answer him? Where would this being lead you? What could it show you?

The dreams are uneasy every night, sometimes they are better and sometimes they are worse…

For every Long Rest in game, check with 1d20 + your Proficiency Bonus:
7 or lower: No Regeneration and half of the Hit Die are not available.
8-19: Normal regeneration but half of the Hit Dice are not available.
20+ Everything is as it should be. All Hit Die are available.
