You're such a lazy combat medic that you decided just to throw your potions at your teammates.
1.You can throw any kind of potion at your teammates as a free action
2.The potions you throw instantly dissolve into your teammate's skin even if they're wearing armor don't think about that for too long.
3.to throw a potion, (flip a coin*) if it lands on heads, pick which teammate you want to throw the potion at. They'll get the potion effect. The same thing happens if it lands on tails, but your teammate takes one point of damage because of the shattered glass.
4.If your teammate is wearing heavy or medium armor the glass can still break but it won't hurt them.
*(Everybody has some kind of coin.) If you're really that poor just use a leaf. For leaf rules the shiny part of the leaf is heads, and the not so shiny bottom part of the Leaf is tails.
No you cannot use this feat on enemies that be too overpowered
