Curse of Cartholl

The spirit of the once cursed Cartholl has entangled with your own. In your time of need he possesses your body, not as a parasite, but as an extension of yourself, turning you into a geist, a spirit of vengence. Your movement is clouded by a ghostly undead glow and your eyes burn a fiery azure. Those who can see you are horrified and those who can't are concerned

Through this transformation you gain the following:

• Plane shift
• Truesight
• Vampiric touch

The "Curse" comes from ending the transformation. After you transform back to your normal self, you must make a CON saving throw with a DC of 15. If failed you immediately become unconscious for 1d10 hours. Upon awaking you must roll 1d6 to determine the spirit that haunts you, based on the following table;

1. Paralysis Demon: You awake to see an unholy being sitting over you, staring into your eyes. You are paralyzed for 1 hour and your next Long Rest only gives the benefits of a short rest
2. Ghostly Presence: You feel the eyes or hear the movement of something... other. You feel uneasy and have disadvantage on WIS saving throws for 1d6 hours.
3. Apparition: You see the face of someone you know to be dead, they reach out to you, silently screaming for help. You are frightened and have disadvantage on CHA saving throws for 1d6 hours.
4. Shade: Just out of sight, in the corner of your eye, you catch movement. Is it someone or... something? You are paranoid for 1d8 hours and cannot rest until it is over.
5. Wraith: A spirit from the other side of the veil reaches out and become corporeal. It is hostile and attacks you. Upon its defeat you may collect ectoplasm.
6. Dremora: An entity of Oblivion crawls from the depths of hel to drag you down to Mehrunes Dagon. It is hostile and evil and attacks you. Upon its defeat you may collect 1 daedra heart.
