Emergancy spell cast

When a spell caster is out of spell slots and on the verge of death, they may sacrifice the source of their power to cast a spell that acts like a nuke on the enemy. Once activated they must once again work to regain there power back, the stronger the level they had at cast the harder it will be to gain their power back.
