Enhanced Unarmed Strike. When you hit with your Unarmed Strike and deal damage, you can deal bludgeoning Damage equal to 1d4 + your Strength modifier instead of the normal damage of an unarmed strike.
Proficiency in improvised weapons. You can add your proficiency modifier to an improvised weapon attack.
Countergrapple. Upon being freed of the grappled condition you can attempt to grapple the target as a reaction. Only useable once per long rest.
Follow-ups. When you hit a creature with an Unarmed Strike or improvised weapon as part of the attack Action on your turn, you can deal damage to the target and also push it 5 feet away or grapple them. You can use this benefit only once per turn.
If already grappled, you may attempt to throw them to the ground up to 5 ft away. This is ruled as a normal unarmed strike that deals double damage (in addition to a potential crit), is rolled with advantage, and knocks prone. Just to clarify, this counts as your once per turn follow-up
