As an action, you can target a living creature within 30 feet of you and attempt to sap the life force from it. The target must make a Constitution saving throw (DC = 8 + your proficiency bonus + your Wisdom modifier). On a failed save, the target takes 2d8 nature damage, and you or a creature of your choice within 30 feet of the target regains hit points equal to half the damage dealt. On a successful save, the target takes half damage and no hit points are regained. Once you use this ability, you can't use it again until you finish a short or long rest.
