Anti Magic Combatant

You use shields for combat not just defense. You gain the following benefits while you are wielding a shield:

• As a bonus action, if you haven’t moved during this turn, and after you use the bonus action, your speed is 0 until your next turn. you and creatures of your course with in 5 feet of you gain +2 bonus to AC. If you are moved by any means this effect ends.
• Gain +2 to spell saving throws.

If you have the feat Shield Master, Your mastery to combat magic increases. While you aren't incapacitated, you can gain advantage against saving throws to spells attacks against you.
