Envious Strike

You have an intense desire for what others possess and will do anything to obtain it.

You gain the following benefits:

• Once per long rest, you can cast a spell that a creature within 30ft has cast within the last round as a reaction, using your own spell slot for it.
• If the spell requires a saving throw, the target has advantage on the save. When you successfully counterspell a spell, you gain temporary hit points equal to the spell’s level.
• You gain proficiency in one skill or tool of your choice that a creature within 30ft has proficiency in. You must observe the creature using the skill or tool for at least 10 minutes to gain this benefit.
