You hunger for the flesh of others. Once a day, you may dismember or gut a corpse. Eating the viscera will grant you an ability from the creatures statblock, that must be used by the end of that day, or it is lost, however, the raw meat immediately drops your hitpoints to 1. If the meat is cooked it does not grant you the effect, unless you also have the chef feat, which will allow you to cook the meat, granting you the ability, but not changing your hitpoints.
