This longbow was handcrafted by Stav of the Weapons Collective and modified by Nova. In it's regular state it is a fairly typical - though incredibly beautiful - longbow of a dark wood, polished black, with a green leather wrap around the grip. When attuned, the user may use WIS rather than DEX. On a hit, the target takes 1d8 piercing damage.
As a bonus reaction to hitting a target, you can activate the bow's spores by speaking a chosen word. The target must make a CON save using Nova's save (DC 22). On a failed save the target inhales some of the spores and takes 1d10 necrotic damage. On a successful save, they are able to avoid the worst of the cloud and take half as much damage.
There are 3 charges of the spores, which reset on a short rest so long as the user spends time nurturing the spores of the bow. How you choose to do that is up to you.
