Prerequisite: Intelligence Score of 15, Arcane Caster Arcane Caster
- You gain proficiency in Constitution Saving Throws.
- Increase your Constitution ability score by 1 to a maximum of 20.
- The blood in your veins contains all the power you need to focus your arcane energies. When you cast a spell, you can reduce your Hit Point maximum by 5 plus your constitution score modifier to ignore the spell's material components. These Hit Points can not be recovered in any way until after a Long Rest.
- Additionally, you can also use this feature to copy down spells instead of using Gold and Arcane Ink to spell scrolls, or into your spell book if you are a wizard. The amount that is decreased for this manner of transcription is 10 plus your constitution modifier for the initial cost, and then 5 hit points per spell level transcribed. Scrolls and Spells transcribed in this way are written in blood, and therefore must be written on leather or hide.
