Bloodied Breath

Your Breath Weapon has become infused with your emotions and pain to increase in power. After you drop below half your hit point maximum, you immediately recharge your Breath Weapon and as long as you are at half of or less than half of your hit point maximum, you can use your Breath Weapon as a bonus action, if it is recharged.
