You become at expert at taking advantage of an opportunity when an enemy is distracted.
At the end of another creatures turn you may use this special action to attempt one of the following.
You may throw sand in the face of a creature within 5ft of you attempting to blind them. Roll an attack using your dexterity modifier and proficiency bonus on a hit the target is blinded until the end of your next turn, a target immune to the blind condition is unaffected by this attack.
At the end of another creatures turn you may take a cheap shot with a dagger against a creature that is within 5ft of you but has not attacked you this round. This attack always has advantage unless you are disadvantaged in someway. This attack can trigger sneak attack if you have not triggered it yet this round.
You may only use one of these special actions at the end of another creatures turn and only once per round.
