Drawback. If you use this fragment’s benefit and it doesn’t turn a failed saving throw into a success, you are incapacitated until the end of your next turn, overcome with despair.

You can use an action to transfer this fragment to another creature by touching the fragment’s intended recipient. When a fragment leaves a creature, that creature loses the benefit and drawback conferred by the fragment.
