Whether you were born this way or if one of your ancestors accidentally gave their attention to a fey entity, ("May I have your attention?"), you have ADHD.
This affects your awareness of surroundings, your ability to follow orders, and if you're a spell caster, your concentration spells.
Perception: When rolling a perception or insight check if you roll an 11 or higher, add double the value of the modifier to the roll, but if you roll a 10 or lower you subtract your modifier from the roll. You are aware of everything happening around you, but most of the time you notice if anything is out of the ordinary.
Concentration: You have the ability to focus on multiple spells at once, but you have disadvantage on concentration saves and every round that you are concentrating on a spell, you must make a concentration save at the start of your turn with a dc equal to the 10 + the spell’s level, you must make this save for each spell you are concentrating on. If you fail any of these saves, you lose concentration on all spells.
Charm effects: You have disadvantage against being charmed, but due to your inability to maintain focus, you have advantage on saves to end said effect.
Hyperfocus: You gain the ability to hyperfocus. This means that you can spend 1 hour hyper-focusing on learning a new skill, this does not coincide with a short or long rest. When you do so, you gain proficiency in one skill, tool, or weapon, as long as you have the tool or weapon in hand, or one of your companions who is proficient with the skill you are trying to learn, is willing to teach you it for the hour. When you use this feat again, you lose your proficiency with the last tool, weapon, or skill you gained proficiency with using this feat.
You also gain a +1 to dexterity (with the maximum of 20)
