Prerequisite: choose a damage type. as long as you have this feat, you are vulnerable to that damage type
at the start of your turn, if your hp is bellow it's maximum AND have not taken damage from a damage type you are vulnerable to, roll a d20 and add your constitution modifier. you recover that much HP. you can use this ability an equal amount of times to your proficiency bonus
your troll heritage while helpful in some ways, makes you weaker then most in other situations. select a Damage type, while you have this feat, you are vulnerable to this type of damage, meaning any damage dealt to you of that type deals double the amount in damage to your HP. you can also not use the recovery ability granted by this feat after taking damage of this type until the start of your next turn.
