Dragonmark - Mark of the King

You have manifested a dragonmark, the mark of the king. The dragonmark is only visible when the creature is exposed to extreme cold, if the creature already has a non abberent dragonmark, the dragonmark of the king is incorporated into the other mark and you retain benefits of both marks. You gain the following benefits:

• Increase your Charisma score by 1, to a maximum of 20.
• Voice of the King: Profiency bonus number of times per day you can issue a command to a creature. You command a course of activity (limited to a sentence or two) and magically influence a creature you can see within range that can hear and understand you. Creatures that can’t be charmed are immune to this effect. If the creature takes damage the voice of the king effect ends. The target must make a Wisdom saving throw. On a failed save, it pursues the course of action you described to the best of its ability. The suggested course of action can continue for up to 8 hours. If the suggested activity can be completed in a shorter time, the effect ends when the subject finishes what it was asked to do. Creatures with dragonmarks automatically fail the save against the voice of the king, unless they also have the dragonmark of the king.
