Curse of the wolf

You have been infected with lycanthropy, thankfully you were able to have a cleric mostly cure your condition however the following side effects are still present. 

• You have vulnerability to Bludgeoning, Piercing, and Slashing damage from silvered weapons.
• You gain the ability to take the form of a Wolf, whilst in this form all of your statistics except your Charisma, Wisdom and Intelligence are the same as the Wolf stat block, If you are reduced to 0 hit points whilst in this form you immediately revert back to your humanoid form and take 1 point of exhaustion, you can do this once per long rest. 
• Each time you take the attack action you may make one extra attack with your Claws(Slashing) or Bite(Piercing) as part of that action.
