You've developed a deeper connection with the spirit realm, and can now access that power more often.

 You may expend a slot of Wild Shape to summon your Spirit Totem; only if you have already used Spirit Totem between rests. Slots replenish after a short rest, as usual. 

Once per day, as an Action, you may use one spell slot of your choosing to swap totems without dropping your concentration or recasting.

In addition, your connection to the spirit realm gives you access to more totems:

Wolf: Grants pack tactics to allies within the aura - Aura reduced to 10 ft

Octopus: Advantage to INT and WIS checks & saves.

Hare: Use your reaction to allow one player to disengage without invoking an attack of opportunity. - Hare disappears once this is used.
