As an action, all allies (other than yourself) within 60 ft. that can hear you gain Bardic Inspiration.

This action uses one of your daily uses of Bardic Inspiration.

Performing in this way is extremely taxing. When you do so, you gain one point of exhaustion and slightly damage your instrument, suffering a -5 penalty to perform skill checks until the instrument has been repaired.
