once per turn, upon a successful attack you can impose a constitution save(13) or start undergoing the effect of petrification. if they fail the save the first time they become restrained and attacks are at disadvantage. if they fail the second time they become completely frozen and cannot move for 3 hours or until a fire spell is cast on them
