Trash Gang - a cult dedicated to trash, creatures deemed trash, and shiny objects
Code of ethics:
-anything shiny has worth; things that can be made shiny also have worth
-its not a crime if you don't get caught; if you need it more, it's not stealing
-trash gang is unbeholden to the law of the realm
-unsupervised food is free food
-the ends justify the means
-littering is just as bad as murdering
-raiding a trash can for valuables is encouraged
-if you do not wish to steal, a shiny objects can used in exchange
