Because of your interactions with Vespin Chloras you never have a good night's rest again.
During your sleep you have terrible visions of the nine hells and what you experienced there, the visions are all out of order and don't necessarily give you any information. When you wake up you can roll a dc 18 insight check to see if you can recal some things of the dreams.
Each time before your long rest you need to roll a d100 and get above a 10 or loose a the long rest and only get a short one, if you roll below a 5 you get none of both.
If you don't get your long rest you also gain a point of exhaustion.
