Employer (Version 3) Image

This perk effects PC Hirelings (Players whom you pay to have as employees, underlings, or hirelings),  NPC's under your employ / leadership, and Summons who gain the effects of a Hireling based on Gold you pay them after summoning them.

PCs:  PCs need to be paid a minimum of 60 gold per In-Game month to gain the effects of this Feat.  When in the same Party / Thread as the Feat Holder, or doing a "Job" for the Feat Holder gain +(Employer Level / 2 (rounded down)) to all Artisanal Tool Checks, and when in combat either gain +1 AC per 60 Gold / mo paid or +1d4 extra damage to all attacks / attack spells per 60 Gold / mo paid.  (To a max of +2 AC or +2d4 extra damage).

(The more one's paid, the more motivated they are too work.  The gains, are a reflection of a PC's motivation and drive to earn a higher pay. Making them move more efficiently (AC) or strike with greater force (damage boost), then they'd normally be able to accomplish. As they dig deep into their innerself to go further and push themselves harder.)

NPCs:  Those who are the Employers of the Feat Holder see them in a favorable light, and those under the Feat Holder gain the same Artisanal Tool Mods, as well as will do any task willingly without needing a Persuasion / Deception / Intimidation Roll, as long as it doesn't cause them harm / isn't a suicidal command.

(NPCs can't be used in Quests,  but can be used (and controlled by DMs) as Mini-bosses, or can be used in Down Time to move towards certain tasks that are Hireling Appropriate (as judged by DM / RAW.  IE,  delivering goods / messages,  gathering ingredients / mats,  making / selling goods,  carrying out evil plots / assassinations (DM approval), or other actions.)

Summons: Summon Spell Duration can be doubled by paying the Summon gold equal to a Spell Scroll of the Summon Spell's level (and can be repeatedly Squared, for every multiplier of said amount paid.).  (For Instance, a 10 min duration Lvl 5 Spell.  Can be doubled to 20 mins for 1,000 gold,  tripled for 30 min for 2,000 gold, an hour for 6,000 gold, or up to a day for 144,000 gold.)

Likewise if a Summon would be hostile towards you and your party, and require Persuasion and Deception Rolls to give commands.  The summon would be friendly to the Feat holder alone, and wouldn't require those rolls as long as the orders wouldn't endanger it's life or be considered suicidal.
