Triple Wielder

You gain the ability to wield a third weapon, held using another limb (in your mouth, tail, legs, etc.) Allowing you to strike three times with a single twist of your body.

When you take a bonus action to use two weapon fighting, you can make a second attack with a third weapon as part of that bonus action. You don't add your ability modifier to the damage of this third attack, unless that modifier is negative.
