Dual Wield Expert

Your ability to use a weapon in each hand is second to none and provides you additional options in combat:

• Defensive Parry: When your character takes the dodge action, you can use a bonus action to make a single attack with a weapon in your off-hand.
• Distracting Strike: When you hit a creature with an attack with a weapon in your main hand you may choose to reduce the damage by 5, if you do so the next attack made against the creature is made with advantage. You make this decision after hitting the creature but before rolling damage.
• One-Thousand Cuts: When you use the attack action and use your bonus action to make an off-hand attack and hit the creature with every attack, you may cause that creature to begin bleeding. While bleeding they take damage equal to your proficiency modifier at the end of each of their turns. The creature may use their action to staunch the bleeding and end the effect.
