They let the beast inside them control their power. You strike and bite with full force, but with the danger that you may no longer have control over yourself.
Reckless:
Your attacks, should you have transformed into their creature form or hybrid form, become Reckless. You get advantage on all attack rolls.
This state lasts for 1 minute. After that, you transform back into your humanoid form.
Usable once per Long Rest.
The creature slowly takes control:
In its first turn, you are completely in control.
After that, roll a D6 before each of their actions (as long as this Ability is Active) the following things take effect:

1-2: The Beast within them takes complete control. (the DM takes control for 2 turns and controls you. After that, you transform back und geht one point of exhaustion)
3: If you are in Hybrid Form, you transform into their Beast Form and drop all equipment.
4: They transform back into their humanoid form.
5-6: You retain control.
On their fifth and sixth, you must repeat the roll and take the second roll.
