The most enigmatic members of the Radience, Elsecallers are rarely seen with the other orders for they believe in traveling to better themselves and their order. Elsecallers travel frequently to a variety of places, placing value in prudent thought and introspection. Elsecallers have access to the surges of Transformation and Transportation.
Once bonded to a Inkspren, the Elsecaller has access to the following abilities.
Transformation - The most dangerous surge that Radience have access to. As you develop your oaths the danger reduces but is never absent. The Surge of transformation allows you to change aspects of the planes into something else. You can use this surge a number of times equal to 1+ your INT modifier
- Basic Transformation - You can change something of tiny size into any other material (wood to stone, stone to metal, metal to grain, etc.) The new material keeps it's original shape unless it is changed into something that cannot keep that shape (ex. Water). This does not work on living things. When you enact a transformation roll a d100, on a 60 or lower the spell fails and a calamitous effect occurs. (This danger reduces as you make your oaths)
Transportation - After the 1st oath a Elsecaller is able to transport themselves temporarily into the cognitive realm. This is the realm that most spren call their home, allowing the elsecaller to commune with the spren in their natural forms. You can use this surge a number of times up to 1 + your INT modifier
- Entering Shadesmar - Enter the realm of spren for 10min guided by your inkspren, you can ask any questions you wish of the spren but they may react or respond in whichever way they wish
- Perpendicularity - Create a portal into realm of spren that you can take others into, note other dangerous spren may find there way through the portal
Resonance - An elsecallers resonance gives them an uncanny sense of direction, an elsecaller always knows where they are and know where everything else is
