You have learned to continue operating through exhaustion. You gain the following benefits:

• Increase your Constitution score by 1, to a maximum of 20.
• You have advantage on Constitution saving throws made to resist exhaustion.
• When you gain levels of exhaustion, instead of gaining the normal effects of that level, you instead gain the effects of a level of exhaustion equal to your current level minus your Constitution modifier. If this would put your effective level below one level, you do not gain any ill effects for that level of exhaustion.
