Hrodel's Gemmed Scale

A large diamond sits center of an emblem in the visage of a great wyrm, crafted out of a scale of Hrodel herself, it thrums with draconic and divine energy.

The emblem serves as a holy symbol, and while attuned to this item, you can add +2 to both your spell attack modifier and your spell save DC when casting cleric spells.

The emblem has three spells, each of which can be cast once per day by the user without using a spell slot. The ability to cast each spell is restored after a long rest. You use your own spells save DC

The spells are:

Draconic Transformation

Blinding Smite

Wall of Light

Furthermore, the diamond in the emblem can be used as part of the material components required for casting cleric spells (ie revivify, raise dead, resurrection, etc). If it's sacrificed in this role, it slowly grows back after 7 days.
