gain Arcane Points equal to half your level after each long rest. When casting a spell that doesn't need material components worth more than 50gp, substract the Arcane points from the pool equal to the cast spells level. If the amount of arcane points removed this way matches the spell level, the cast spell doesn't use up a spellslot. When there weren't enough (or no) Arcane points removed this way, cast the spell normally.
