Cloaked

You've stolen a Cloak, that when worn, gives you the ability to open up a pocket dimension. The Cloak acts as a bag of holding, that when entered, appears to be a large pit of darkness. You're able to float around within it, as well as leaving objects, people, and creatures inside, as long as they fit within the entrance that is the cloak. 

The Cloak appears to be a large, dark black commoners hood. it remains fixed to you at all times, and cannot be removed. 

You're able teleport anywhere within 15ft, as long as it is unoccupied space. You can move any person, creature, or object with you, as long as they fit within the cloak with you. 

You gain advantage on all stealth rolls.
