Increase you Wisdom ability score by 1 (to a maximum of 20). 

You can spend 1 hour hyper-focusing on learning a new skill, which can coincide with a short or long rest. When you do so you gain proficiency in one skill, tool, or weapon, as long as you have the tool or weapon in hand, or one of your companions who is proficient with the skill you are trying to learn, is willing to teach you it for the hour. When you use this feat again, you lose your proficiency with the last tool, weapon, or skill you gained proficiency with using this feat.
